Peewee Evaluation Groups for Skills Skate Sept, 16, 2019 Stu Barnes

Good Evening Parents, please review the "skills skate support" document below. Again all 4 groups are within this document, simply switch between tabs at the bottom to review groups. Please ensure you check to see if you are required to volunteer.

*****Please be aware Group 4 will start off the night.*****

*****As the Goalies skill skate was held on Sept, 4th, 2019, they will not be required for this skater evaluation skills session*****

The skill skate will account for 25% of your players final grade.

These will be 1hr ice slots with 3 drills

Please let me know if any players are missing peeweedirector@sgmha.ca

Thank you again to all volunteers! This would not be possible without you!!!

Good Luck to all players! Know that I am cheering you all on!

PEEWEE EVALUATION GROUPS FOR SUNDAY, SEPT, 15, 2019 @TLC

See groups below "Evaluation Support Scrimmage" (excel sheets) for the third scrimmages for Sunday. All 4 groups are within this document, simply switch between groups with the tabs at the bottom of the page. If you do not see your players name please email me immediately at peeweedirector@sgmha.ca

-Please excuse any spelling mistakes.

-Third scrimmage Peewee Groups were constructed by adding  players first two evaluation scores from scrimmage 1 and 2 and re-ranking them. Teams were then balanced with skill so scrimmages are competitive.  I apologize players are not alphabetical but I ran out of time and energy to make it happen. It is important to know players can move up or down groups based off of their play! Remember F.E.A.T.S ( Fun/Effort/Attitude/Teamwork/Short Effective Shifts)

-Thank you to those Parents that volunteered to help, I will do my best to get you into another scrimmage or skill skate if you aren't on this third one. Please review the "Evaluation Support Scrimmage" pages to see if you are required. If you are unable to help with your position, please try to find someone to replace you at that position, if you cannot, please let me know at the rink tomorrow

-Have your player(s) show up to sign in 1 hour before their scrimmages

-For tomorrows scrimmages:

1.5hr time slots/5 minute warmups/3 - 25 minute run time periods/2 minute breaks between periods. 3 goalies per Scrimmage meaning each goalie gets 2 periods of work and 1 period on the bench. Forwards and Defense change regularly. Any penalties are centre ice breakaways with rest of skaters chasing from far blueline.

Good luck to all players!!! I am cheering each and every one of you on!!

Cheers,

Aj
