The SGMHA Board hopes all members are safe and following the recommended social distancing and self isolation as advised by Alberta Health Services (AHS)
Due to the uncertainty of current events, SGMHA Annual General Meeting which is generally scheduled for April will be held by a virtual meeting on June 15, 2020.
PRE-REGISTRATION is required for the 2020 AGM
Member registration will be required for this meeting due to bylaw changes that require voting. Registration for the AGM will open up on June 5, 2020 at noon (link will be posted to this site on June 5, 2020)

Due to the format of a virtual meeting, please note the following
- Questions from the floor will not be possible, so at the time of registration there will be a section that you can upload any questions you would like addressed during the AGM. Alternatively you can forward your question(s) by email the tooffice (email@example.com) up to and including June 10, 2020.
- Only one registration per family will be allowed to access the meeting to ensure that any Bylaw Changes or Positions that are voted on, follow the format of one vote per family as per SGMHA Bylaws.
The following Executive positions that were up for election have been acclaimed as of April 20, 2020:

Equipment Director - Dan Zacharko

Player Director - Dan Szoo

To nominate either yourself or another member for one of the positions still open for election, please email the SGMHA Secretary (firstname.lastname@example.org)
by Jun 10, 2020, to have their name brought forward at the AGM for a vote. If there is more than one name put forward for a position at this time, a notice will be sent to the nominees to forward a statement to the office so that it can be sent to all members currently registered for the AGM and posted to this page. Due to the virtual meeting format, this will allow a vote to be held during the AGM for any open Executive positions.
