As per the Survey send on Monday Feb 8, 2021,
If you opted in to continue with hockey to March 26, 2021 your child has been assigned to a group for the remaining skates. Your base refund amount will be reduced to account for the extra ice sessions.
If you opted to complete your hockey season as of Feb 6, 2021, or did not submit a response to the survey, information regarding your base refund amount will be forwarded to you shortly.
For team accounts, all financials have been forwarded to the office and will be reviewed and submitted for approval and refunds issued by the office for any excess funds in the account.
If you have any questions please email the office.

For the 2020-2021 season, the Divisional Refund has been calculated based on actual costs incurred.
Registration fees account for a variety of items including ice allocation, administration, development, equipment, officials and league & membership fees. The document below details the original budgeted costs versus the actual costs incurred for that division.
The refund amount will be applied to your family account. If you prefer to have a cheque processed for your refund, please email the office your request. Please include your child’s full name and who you would like the cheque mailed out to. Once team financials have been finalized for your child a cheque will be processed for the registration refund and team refund (if applicable) at the same time. (If you had opted in for the Feb -Mar sessions your refund amount will be reduced by the additional ice costs).
If you have any questions please email the office (office@sgmha.ca)
