I would like to welcome all players and families to the U11 AA Saints! My name is Mark Bradshaw and I will be the head coach this season.
I'm assuming everyone is as excited as I am to get the season started, which is a good thing because we are jumping right into it. Our first practice will be Thursday evening and we are lucky to be a part of the KC Icebreaker tournament next weekend! These games will be in Bon Accord, and we will have one game Friday, two on Saturday, and possibly another on the Sunday. The full schedule will be posted soon.
I would like to arrange time for an off ice dryland session for the kids on Tuesday, which would also give us time to have a brief parent meeting. Once I am able to arrange a venue I will confirm a time.
Hopefully soon we will have access to the SportsEngine app, but for now I will just post any important info on here.
Have a great night, and if anyone has any questions right now my contact info is posted on the website.
For the 2021-2022 season the U11 Tier 1 team will now be also referred to as the Lil' Jr Saints U11 AA team. Players will still follow the same evaluation format as in previous years, however for players now registered to the U11AA team, there will now be a further commitment required (both time and financial for players that are registered to this team).
For the U11AA team the following is some of the additional development tools/time commitments that will be scheduled for the team and minimum apparel requirement.
The team budget is still being developed and will be updated to the site team home page by the end of May.
Please note: For this year since there is no tryout format for this team, during evaluations if your child may fall into this group, a notice will be sent out for confirmation that you and your child are prepared and in agreement with the amount of commitment that will be involved (both time and financial) prior to the final team roster being finalized.
Any questions in regards to the new structure of the U11 Tier 1 team can be directed to Mike Watt SGMHA President (email@example.com).
The session will include a skill skate, a scrimmage game and a Q & A session that will discuss the program for the season, along with the commitment requirements (both financial and time).
Registration for the U11AA Information Session will open June 21, 2021. Please click the link below to be directed to the U11AA online registration platform to register for the camp.
